The thing about therapy podcast

In making the podcast I am looking to answer some of the questions people might have about therapy: What should I expect?; How often should I go?; How do I find a professional therapist?; What kind of therapies are available to me? and so on. 

The talks are with a range of contributors who have all had some exposure to therapy and have all got something to say about it. 

It is very much in its infancy (no cool music intro) and it still feels alien to be recording conversations with others, however I'm learning a lot from asking the questions we should all be asking as therapists.
